Returns
- In the event of a change of preference, all items are eligible for an exchange or store credit of equivalent value.
- The store credit issued has no expiration date. Please ensure the return of your item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are exclusively processed in cases of a defective item returned within the initial 30 days of purchase.
- Ensure that item(s) remain in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, or unused, complete with all original tags and labels attached.
- Order cancellations result in the issuance of a store credit, which does not have an expiration date.
- Please note that gift cards, sale, and clearance items cannot be returned.
- You are responsible for any associated costs related to the return of the item.
- In the rare event of a faulty item leading to a refund, the purchase price (excluding online delivery charges) will be reimbursed through the original payment method upon confirmation of the item meeting the specified conditions.
